Case study
Club 306
The largest Spanish-speaking Peugeot 306 community. Web, forum and technical documentation for 4,000 members and 320,000 messages.

Context
The Peugeot 306 (1993–2002) still has a huge following twenty years after being discontinued. But its Spanish-speaking community lived fragmented across old forums, Facebook groups and scattered Telegram channels. There was a need for a single place gathering tutorials, official technical documentation and live conversation.
What I built
Club 306 started in 2005 as a phpBB forum and has grown into a full platform: 35+ step-by-step tutorials, digitized official technical documentation, photo gallery, video archive, an interactive map of meetups and events across Spain, and a modern phpBB forum integrated with the Next.js frontend design.
Technical details
- Next.js 16 frontend with Tailwind serving home, tutorials, map and gallery.
- phpBB forum on the same domain, integrated via path-routing on Nginx to preserve historical SEO.
- Shared MySQL for forum and frontend data, orchestrated by Docker Compose.
- Three environments (dev / pre / prod) with auto-SSL via Let's Encrypt and automated deploys.
- Migrated from a legacy WordPress + phpBB stack, preserving URLs, content and permissions.
